Hi, I’m Andy and I’m a Professional Portrait Photographer based in Norwich.
With a degree in Contemporary Lens Media from the University of Lincoln and over 18 years of industry experience, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing thousands of unique images for my clients, from a range of backgrounds.
During this time, I have also completed a Professional Certificate in Portraiture and a Professional Diploma in Portrait Photography, along with professional development courses to ensure that I’m constantly gaining new skills with lighting, digital manipulation, and storytelling.
At this point in my career, I’ve averaged around twenty Professional Portrait Photography sessions per week – which works out to be over fourteen-thousand clients! I have extensive experience of working with children and pets, as well as people with additional needs such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I understand that every project is different and requires a unique approach each time.

My Professional Portrait Photography is always tailored to your individual needs.
You can choose from a session at my studio in Norwich; a managed studio session at your home where I bring all of my equipment to you, a location of your choosing (this could be the beach, a forest or your garden) or your wedding venue – whichever you feel works best for you.

When you contact me about Professional Portrait Photography for your project, I will meet you at your chosen location and we will work together to create stunning images, which all provide a true reflection of you and of your personality.

Once your Professional Portrait Photography session is complete, I spend time building a portfolio to illustrate the absolute best images from our time together, as well as design and layout ideas to include in your final photography collection.

I will arrange a convenient date and time to visit you to present the final digital images. The final Portrait Photography show will have more than fifty images to choose from, sometimes more depending on the type of session. My digital package, which is always the most popular starting point for orders, is an online gallery which is great to share with family. Once you have selected your favourite final photos, you are then free to choose from an extensive range of professionally handmade and printed products – such as canvases, frames, albums, multi-image collections and digital galleries (prices range from £100 to £595).

The final images are created and once complete, they are delivered directly to you – ready to hang on your wall and to enjoy for years to come.

Over the last 18+ years I have averaged around 20 sessions per week. This, scarily, works out to be over 14000 clients. That’s lots of experience with all sorts of people from all walks of life. Then there is the kids, pets and all the personalities rolled in. I am quite used to working with ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s etc. and know that every session is different and needs approaching in a unique way. Get in touch with any queries you have.
I have a degree in Contemporary lens media (photography) from the University of Lincoln, graduating in 2005. I have worked in this industry since leaving University. I use 2 professional level Canon set ups of cameras and lenses along with industry standard editing, workflow and management software. A full studio’s worth of equipment including lighting, flash, backdrops, props etc

If you get to the viewing stage and don’t like the images I will refund your session fee. No questions asked. (This hasn’t happened yet)
